Community supports for post-secondary students

If you're a student experiencing homelessness or facing housing insecurity in Brantford, there are several community services available to help you with a variety of needs, thanks to the support of local partners and agencies. The following resources are available to assist individuals in our community with a variety of essential supports, including housing, food, legal aid, health services, and more:

  • Community Supports and services in Brantford including, Children’s Services, Housing, Income Support, Employment Support, Long-Term Care and Seniors Services, Frequently Accessed Community Services
  • Drop-In Resource Map showing locations of services such as food and clothing, housing support and emergency shelter, support services, and 24-hour safe disposal of harm reduction supplies
  • Housing, Legal and Eviction Prevention Services including links to community partners such as SOAR Community Services, Brantford Native Housing, Brantford Public Library – Library Outreach Program, Brantford Region Indigenous Support Centre, and the Brantford Brant Haldimand Norfolk Community Legal Clinic
