B United: Advancing Inclusion & Empowerment in Brantford
WAKING THE unCONSCIOUS (WtC) is collaborating with the City of Brantford to enhance inclusion for everyone that calls this city home. We are developing innovative pathways and opportunities to improve education, awareness, and the acceptance of others. Key project initiatives and activities, all of which will be available to the public at no cost, including:
Customized inclusion and empowerment training sessions, provided to 200 staff and volunteers
at child-serving organizations throughout the city
7 non-traditional activities geared towards children and youth ages 0-14

By providing Equity and Empowerment training workshop sessions, and creating a series of events for children 0-14 that celebrate the many equity deserving groups in Brantford, the B United program hopes to start building greater bonds within our community.
