The Brant County Health Unit (BCHU) provides health promotion, protection and disease prevention programs and services designed to help all members of the community achieve and maintain optimal health. Servicing a population of over 136,000, BCHU is governed by an autonomous Board of Health composed of members from the City of Brantford and County of Brant, and provincial appointees.
