Gift Registry

In order to enhance transparency and accountability with respect to the receipt of Gifts, Members will file a quarterly disclosure statement to be added to the Gift Registry which is maintained by the Office of the City Clerk.

The Code of Conduct for Members of the Council of the Corporation of the City of Brantford and of its Local Boards requires members to disclose gifts received where the value of the individual gift exceeds the Nominal value ($100 Canadian or less) and where the collective value of all gifts received from one source in a calendar exceeds the Nominal value.
