Route 8 Detour Update

Route 8 is being temporarily detoured until September 3, 2023. The following bus stops will be impacted:

  • Bus stop 669 will have no service (St. George Street) 
  • Bus stop 898 will have no service (St. George Street) 
  • Bus stop 671 will have no service (St. George Street) 
  • Bus stop 672 will have no service (St. George Street) 
  • Bus stop 673 will have no service (Queensway Drive) 
  • Bus stop 674 will have no service (Queensway Drive) 

Regular service will resume on September 3, 2023, unless construction is completed sooner. 

Route 8 Detour Details 

Brantford Transit is detouring buses continuing on Tollgate at St. George Street, left onto Paris Road and then back to the regular route. Please expect some delays.
