Ontario Works Brantford-Brant main office moving to 225 Colborne Street
Back to SearchBRANTFORD, ON – The Ontario Works Brantford-Brant main office, including Family and Income Stability Services, will be moving from 220 Colborne Street to a new location at 225 Colborne Street, Unit 101 on the lower level. Clients are asked to attend 225 Colborne Street, Unit 101 for pre-booked in-person appointments and to drop off and to pick up documents starting February 5, 2024. Appointments can be made by calling 519-759-3330.
Active social assistance recipients can contact their Service Coordinator by phone at 519-759-3330 Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays). The Interactive Voice Response system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-808-2268. The MyBenefits website at https://mybenefits.mcss.gov.on.ca/ is also available to see the status of all future payments and to report changes.
