New lighting upgrades at Steve Brown Sports Complex

BRANTFORD, ON – Members of the media are invited to a recognition event to celebrate the completion of energy efficient lighting upgrades at the Steve Brown Sports Complex.

WHEN: Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 7:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

              Formal remarks will begin at 8 p.m.

WHAT: Essential energy efficient lighting upgrades were made to extend the operational lifespan of the Steve Brown Sports Complex, supporting resident’s access to outdoor recreation in the City of Brantford. MPP Will Bouma and an Ontario Trillium Foundation volunteer will attend the event to mark the work done as a result of receiving a grant from the Foundation. Ward 1 Councillor Michael Sullivan will also attend to discuss the Steve Brown Sports Complex and its impact in the community.

WHERE: Steve Brown Sports Complex, 20 Edge Street, Brantford, ON.
