Healthy Kids offers free activities this March Break
BRANTFORD, ON – The City of Brantford is excited to announce that Healthy Kids will be offering a variety of free activities for children ages 0 to 14 at local organizations and businesses over March Break (March 9-17, 2024).
Activities include skating, swimming, pottery, bowling, music, yoga, martial arts, painting and a story book walk. Kids can participate in as many activities as they want, however, space may be limited and pre-registration is required for some activities.
“We are pleased to offer a variety of free activities over March Break for kids to stay active while participating in programming they already enjoy or trying something new,” says Bethany Letto, Community Development Coordinator, City of Brantford. “We are grateful to our partners who have continued to support this program and make it possible in our community.”

About Healthy Kids
Healthy Kids is a community initiative focused on promoting healthy behaviours and physical activity for children 0 to 14 years of age. Since 2015, this popular program organized by themes encourages children and families to live a healthy lifestyle. The Healthy Kids project team works with community partner agencies and businesses to offer and implement programming, activities and challenges that promote physical activity, healthier eating habits, less screen time use and develop increased confidence and self-esteem. The Healthy Kids program supports the goals of the Building the Community from the Kids Up plan.
