Golfers invited to annual Walter Gretzky Municipal Golf Course Open House

BRANTFORD, ON – The City of Brantford is pleased to invite the public, including club and league members, to the annual Walter Gretzky Municipal Golf Course Open House on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 320 Balmoral Drive, Brantford.

“We are excited to kick off the 2023 season with our annual open house to welcome back members and to meet new faces,” says Jeff Moore, Business Manager and PGA of Canada Head Professional for the City of Brantford. “There have been a lot of exciting changes and significant upgrades that have occurred in recent years, including the addition of a full-size practice range, new pro shop, and most recently, a new clubhouse featuring a full-size banquet room, commercial kitchen, members lounge and wrap around outdoor patio overlooking the course.”

Attendees can take advantage of the food and beverage promotion by purchasing a $100 gift card for $85 at a 15 per cent discount that can be used at Wally’s Grill and Patio. Refreshments and appetizers will also be served.

The Walter Gretzky Municipal Golf Course offers a mature 18-hole championship layout featuring large greens, contoured fairways, white bunker sand, full pro shop, and fully licenced clubhouse venue that is open to the public.
