City of Brantford splash pads to open Saturday June 5
BRANTFORD, ON – With temperatures expected to rise over the weekend, the City of Brantford is pleased to announce that the City’s four splash pads will reopen on Saturday, June 5, with operational changes and strict preventative public health measures in place. Visitors are reminded to obey all posted signage and staff who will be monitoring the following locations:
- Harmony Square (11 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
- Bridle Path Park (10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
- Tutela Park (10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
- Mohawk Park Sprinklemania (10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.)
Please note that a 30-minute time limit per turn will be in effect if there is a line-up. We ask visitors to be respectful and allow everyone to have a turn. Visitors are also asked to follow public health measures in place to keep everyone safe:
- Maintain physical distancing from anyone outside your household (Stay 6 feet or 2 metres apart)
- Follow posted capacity limits in effect at each splash pad location
- Regular splash pad rules apply, obey all posted signs
- Do not congregate
