Brantford's Fall/Winter FUN Guide arrives August 21!

BRANTFORD, ON – Brantford residents are invited to discover hundreds of recreational programs, activities and special events in the City of Brantford’s new Fall/Winter 2024-25 FUN Guide, available beginning August 21. The Guide is full of a diverse range of recreational programs and activities for all ages from preschoolers to older adults. From exciting special events such as Harmony Square’s popular Scare in the Square, Parade After Party and Brantford’s New Year’s Eve Celebration, to a wide array of recreational activities such as swimming, ice-skating, drop-in sports, day camps, and more. Popular City facilities offering programming and rental opportunities include; Beckett Recreation Centre, Bell Homestead National Historic Site, Branlyn, Doug Snooks Eagle Place, T.B.Costain/SC Johnson and Woodman Park Community Centres and Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre.

Key registration dates for programming requiring registration:

  • Fall/Winter program registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28
  • Fall Swim Lesson registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 18
  • Winter Swim Lesson registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11

Online registration is highly recommended for swim lessons. Registration can be completed at Brantford.ca/Activenet or by calling 519-756-9900.
