Access property tax details anytime, anywhere with the City’s new online service

BRANTFORD, ON – The City is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by making it easier and more convenient for residents to access municipal services. Today, the City of Brantford is pleased to offer property owners a new and convenient way to review property tax information online using the City’s new Property Tax Portal. With the new portal property owners can easily and securely:

  • Check their property tax information or account balance
  • Get and review property tax bills electronically
  • Sign up for and manage pre-authorized payments
  • Print a free copy of a tax statement or final tax bill
  • Update mailing address or contact information

Accessing the new property tax portal

Visit www.Brantford.ca/TaxPortal to access the portal and find step-by-step instructions for creating an account and logging in. Property owners will receive an access code on their February 2025 interim tax bill to allow them to create an account.

Property Tax staff are available to answer any questions and offer help navigating the new system by phone at 519-759-4150 from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. Staff can also be reached by email at tax.info@brantford.ca.
