March Break Day Camps and Activities
Learn all the City has to offer this March break (March 11 to 15, 2024) including Day Camps for ages 4 to 15, leadership training, swimming and ice-skating.
2025 Day Camps
We offer a wide variety of March break camps and drop-in activities for children and youth.
Branlyn Community Centre (238 Brantwood Park Road) (4 to 10 years) |
This day camp will include games, activities, crafts and more.

Doug Snooks Eagle Place Community Centre (4 to 10 years) |
This day camp will include games, activities, crafts and more.

Shellard Area Day Camp St. Gabriel School (14 Flanders Drive) (4 to 10 years) |

T.B. Costain/SC Johnson Community Centre (16 Morrell Street) (4 to 10 years) |
This day camp will include games, activities, crafts and more.

Bell Homestead National Historic Site (5 to 11 years) |
Campers can expect a fun-filled week of cool hands-on experiments, gadget creation, baking and exploration into science and art with new themes each day. Campers are asked to please bring peanut-free and banana-free snacks and lunches and a refillable water bottle with them to this camp.

Woodman Park Community Centre (4 to 10 years) |
This day camp will include games, activities, crafts and more.

Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre (6 to 12 years) |
This camp will include fun games, crafts, swimming, ice-skating, and more! Your child must wear a helmet for skating. Free extended care is available from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Drop off will take place at the gymnasium doors located at the south side of the building. Pick-up will take place at the pool information desk.

2025 Youth Day Camps and Courses
Youth Day Camp at Branlyn Community Centre (ages 11 to 15) |
This is not your 'regular' day camp! We offer fun and adventure, just for teens.

Youth Leadership Development Level 1 (ages 13 to 16) |
In Level One, your first week is in-class training and then you will pick a 30-hour volunteer placement at one of our City-run day camps, activities or programs to show off your new skills.

Camp and program important information
- Bring peanut-free snacks, a lunch and a refillable water bottle.
- Please bring both indoor and outdoor running shoes, and outdoor appropriate clothing. Children will be playing outdoors (weather permitting).
- Parents are required to sign-in and sign-out their child(ren) at the facility.
- For Youth Leadership Development Program Level 1 participants should bring a pen/pencil, note paper and highlighter with them to class.
- Parents will be asked to fill out Child Information Forms prior to dropping their child(ren) off at camp.

Ice-skating
There are a variety of places to skate outdoors or indoors this March Break. Join us for a variety of ice-skating options at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre for all ages. They offer a variety of skating options. Helmets are strongly recommended. View full skating schedules online. Harmony Square downtown also offers ice-skating 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, weather permitting or you can find a community outdoor ice-rink near you.
Swimming
The Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre has several pools to enjoy over the break.
