Community Stall Application Form

The use of the Brantford Farmers' Market Community Stall or Market Entrance/Exit Doorways is intended for community use by charitable, non-profit or community informational purposes and must be approved by the Brantford Farmers' Market.

Rules and Guidelines

  • All ticket sales at the Brantford Farmers' Market must be approved by the governing body that it is registered with, Provincial/Municipality and have a License Number added to the application.
  • No group can book more than six weekends at one time.
  • All groups using the community stall must be set up and ready when the market opens and must remain until market closing time. The Brantford Farmers' Markets' opening hours are Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • All community groups that are stationed at the Farmers' Market doorways must not hold open the doors for any reason.
  • All community groups must not block or impede access in any way that makes it difficult for customers to enter or exit.
  • All community groups must not block or impede access to any vendor’s stalls.
  • All community groups that are at the Brantford Farmers' Market must not call or shout out to customers to sell or draw attention to their product, wander the market with the intention of selling their product, or handing out samples.
  • No flyers, pamphlets, or advertising materials are to be distributed at the market.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of section 10(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended and will be used solely for sharing between internal departments, connecting artists and interested external parties, and artists for work and partnerships.
