Road Resurfacing on Brant Avenue

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve our infrastructure, The City of Brantford, through its contractor, Steed and Evans Limited, will be resurfacing Brant Avenue (from Dalhousie Street to St. Paul Avenue). The work is scheduled to start in July and will be completed by the end of August (weather permitting).

To accommodate construction, Brant Avenue will be reduced to two lanes of traffic, one lane in each direction, and there will be no on-street parking permitted during the work.  Those travelling on Brant Avenue can expect delays and should allow for additional time to arrive at their destination.

Please note that Brantford Transit routes 4A, 4C, 8 and NWIA will be on detour while the work takes place.
