Notice of temporary construction work at Hardy Road/Oak Park Road

A construction project is currently underway related to a development at 185 Oak Park Road. This site is in close proximity to the “Perched Fen” lookout area at the end of Hardy Road. City staff have investigated the extent of the construction disturbance and have concluded that there is no direct impact to the existing treed slope or to the Perched Fen look out area. 

The work being conducted is expected to be complete within the next two weeks. Upon completion the trail access will be reinstated and any disturbed nature areas will be graded and seeded again in the spring.
