Snow Windrow Removal
A snow windrow is the pile of snow that is left at the bottom of a driveway after a plow has cleared the road.
If you're over the age of 65, or if you have a disability or medical condition that prevents you from clearing a snow windrow on your own, the City of Brantford can help. We clear windrows (one car-width only) after we finish plowing the roads.
If you need additional help clearing snow from your driveway and sidewalk, you can request the assistance of a snow buddy through your local Neighbourhood Association. Learn more on our snow buddy program page.
