Brant TAPP-C
The Arson Prevention Program for Children (TAPP–C) can help you with a child's fire setting behaviour by finding out where it comes from and if it's likely to continue. TAPP–C's goal is to reduce the risk of fire setting by children and youth in our community.
Concerns
If you have a concern with your child, please call the Fire Prevention Division at 519-752-0540 for more information.
We offer fire safety education and an in-home fire safety check from the County of Brant or the City of Brantford Fire Department. Woodview Children's Centre does a clinical risk assessment as well.
TAPP-C's history
TAPP–C began as a joint program created by the Office of the Fire Marshal, Toronto Fire Services, and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
