Transit Service Changes, Notifications and Disruptions:

Thank you to all of those who attended our Public Information Session held on Thursday May 5, regarding the current system review & 10-year plan. We have provided the presentation boards from the meeting at the below link. Please continue to provide your valuable feedback regarding phase 1, up until Thursday, May 12.

Route 1 and 12 will be on detour due to construction on Sixth Ave., by using Seventh Ave to Whitehead back to regular routing until the end of construction. Temporary stops have been posted, and there will be NO adjustment in timing of the routes.
New Route Services and Fare Structure - April 1, 2016
Please be aware that a new fare structure will be implemented Friday, April 1, 2016. The new fare increase does not affect cash fares. In addition, the Monthly Pass is changing and will now allow for 31 days of consecutive unlimited use from the first day of activation by the fare box on any bus.

- Route 6 will now be servicing the Sobey's plaza (Shellard Lane neighbourhood) on both the outbound and inbound trips, between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
- Home to Hub: Johnson Rd. area now being serviced.
This on request service will allow residents in the Johnson Rd. area to be picked up at the end of their driveways and dropped off at the downtown transit terminal, allowing for connection to regular transit routes. The option of booking a return trip, from the downtown transit terminal to home, will also be available.
The Home to Hub service will operate Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:30 am and 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Trip bookings must be made two business days in advance up to ten days in advance, by calling 519-752-4444, or by emailing email@example.com

Transit Kiosk Hours of Operation
Purchase B-Cards or Day Passes at the downtown terminal at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm & 3:00pm to 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am-12:30pm
- Sunday: CLOSED
