RecConnect Important Announcement 

The City of Brantford is excited to announce that we will be launching a new and improved version of the RecConnect online registration system in the very near future.

In an effort to ensure all of our existing and valued customers automatically transition to the new system, please help us ensure that your email is entered and current.

It’s very simple and easy to enter your email address by following these simple steps:

Step 1: View your existing account by visiting

Step 2: Enter your Login ID and Account PIN (if you are unsure of these please call 519-756-9900 or 519-756-1500 for assistance).

Step 3: Click on the green button at the top of the page that reads “MY ACCOUNT.”

Step 4: Click on the MAIN CONTACT email address by clicking on “Edit Registrant Details” at the bottom of your profile.

Step 5: Enter your preferred email address and click the blue button to “Save Changes” followed by logging out once that is complete.

Please note that your personal email information is protected and consistent with compliance of the Privacy Act will not be shared with any third party. The sole purpose of the email update is to help our existing customers transition their accounts to the new software system. Emails in the new system will be used exclusively for your “Username”. You will not be automatically subscribed to any email database without your consent.
