PUBLIC NOTICE
New customer service changes in effect beginning January 26, 2018 

In an effort to improve customer service delivery by providing a more accessible and central location to access City services, please be advised that effective January 26, 2018, services related to Taxes and Water/Wastewater payments as well as Bulk Water Filling Station applications and payments will now be made more conveniently available to the public at Brantford City Hall, 100 Wellington Square, Brantford, ON, N3T 2M2 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. from Monday-Friday (holidays excepted).

Visitor and accessible parking is available on site at City Hall.

With the transition of counter services to one consolidated service counter at City Hall, payment services related to taxes, water, wastewater, and bulk water filling station applications currently at 220 Colborne Street will no longer be accessible to the public at that location. Services related to Health and Human Services including Children’s Services, Ontario Works and Housing will remain accessible to the public at 220 Colborne Street.
